The Golden Gate Restaurant was established in 2007 by Late Sunil Datta. He intended guests to enjoy all different kind of fresh authentic delectable cuisine under one roof. Golden Gate was a small boutique restaurant that provided their customers with a leisurely fine dining experience.
In November 2009 Sunil Datta passed away and Golden Gate was taken over and run by his wife Gita Datta. Today, Golden Gate has grown into a very popular restaurant that has become well known in South Kolkata area for its quality food and service.
Not only Golden Gate is known for its quality food they also provide excellent service for Private parties, Special events, Graduation parties, Anniversary celebrations, Baby showers and Holiday celebrations to name a few.
